Know when we dispatch, how to ask about delivery, and what to do if there is a problem with your order.
Getting your order ready.
Dispatch usually takes 2–3 business days. Our dispatch days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Orders placed over a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next applicable business day. Courier transit time is separate from dispatch time.
Order confirmation is sent by email. Tracking information is shared after dispatch. Dispatch and delivery estimates can change with order volume, courier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Paying for your order
Online checkout currently offers cash on delivery. Contact our team if you need to discuss another arrangement before placing your order.
Ordering from outside Jamaica.
International shipping is offered through Jamaica Post. Contact us before ordering to confirm service to your destination and the shipping charge.
Customs duties, import or export taxes, excise taxes and other government charges are separate from shipping. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not reimbursed by KlutchJa. Your local customs office can explain the charges that may apply.
If unpaid customs or other required government charges cause your parcel to be returned to us, our international shipping policy provides a refund for the returned products less the return delivery costs.
Returns & order concerns.
We do not accept returns for safety and hygiene reasons. Once products have been dispatched, we cannot assure their condition for restocking or resale.
If an item arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or you are unhappy with your order, please contact us with your order reference and a description of the issue so we can discuss it with you.
